A. Planning & Design
Detailed blueprints and designs:
High-quality construction begins with clear and well-thought-out designs. The design phase ensures the project meets functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.
Compliance with codes: Designs must adhere to local building codes and regulations, which are created to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
When we initially sit to discuss the blue prints design, you will get first hand experience how much in detail we provide our very initial consultation, how many options we can provide, even before we start. This is unmatchable and it is just the beginning of the journey.

B. Quality Materials
Sourcing reliable materials:
The use of high-quality materials is crucial to the durability and safety of the final structure. We have been always on a look out for a better-quality material, this is an ongoing effort as new design and materials are the new norm now days.
Material testing: Before use, materials should be tested for strength, durability, and suitability for the intended purpose.

C. Regular Inspections
Frequent quality checks:
Inspections should be conducted at each stage of the construction process to ensure that work aligns with plans and meets standards.
We are inspecting the ongoing construction, EVERY-DAY, not a day or a stage goes by without detail inspection.

D. Prioritizing safety: Ensuring the construction site follows strict safety protocols helps prevent accidents that could jeopardize the quality of work. Injuries or delays due to safety issues can compromise both construction time and quality.

A usual 4–5-bedroom house with approximately 2800-3200 square ft home would take approximately 7-8 months from the time we start. This is more of a general timeline; it also depends on weather and other supply chain issues. We have completed such projects in 6 months also. So far none of our past projects have exceeded 10 months.

Larger residential homes or multi-family buildings: Can take upto 12 months.

1. Workmanship: Ensuring that the work is done according to the contract, and correcting any defects in workmanship for a set period (usually 1-2 years, we can provide a detail description of the warranty).

2. Materials: The manufacturer warranty on materials used (e.g., roofing, windows, siding… etc.).

3. Structural: Five to ten years.

HVAC. Water heater, Electric, Plumbing: 1-2 years depending the construction.

Engineering experience 14+ years,
Design experience 12+ years.

Constructing single family home : 8+ years.
My view on years in business is different. I have seen builders in business for 20-30 years, and still continuing with same poor designs, cheap builds, not upto date with new technology. The years of experience depends on how great of job you have been able to continue and improve better every day. You can check our Project page for more details.

1. Custom Solutions: Tailored designs to fit your unique needs.

2. Quality Craftsmanship: Focus on superior materials and precision.

3. Transparent Communication: Clear updates throughout the project.

4. Eco-Friendly Options: Sustainable building practices and materials.
Budge friendly ideas and design.
The most modern designs.
Schedule completion of the project.

5. Post-Completion Support:
Additional warranty and assurance.
To really answer this question, we have to sit down at least an hour, talk about design, material, time-frame, complex ideas, and a lot more. Love to do that over a coffee… any day of the week,

Yes, we have many happy customers, good reviews online, and I can personally introduce to customers that have bought our previous projects. Glad to provide references upon request.

We can give you detail plans and addresses of all our completed projects. You can also pick and choose and design from those houses. We also to invite you to see our ongoing projects. This way you can see the progress, and ask questions onsite…

Yes, plenty of them, from windows, to doors, insulation, appliances, design and lot more.

We can provide you with samples of multiple designs, custom built houses, pictures and videos of finished projects, and much similar material so you can pick and choose what you like. Our vendor list is very large and promising.

Sometimes you change your mind on flooring, cabinetry, or even bigger things like two small bedrooms or one larger one. We like to give you a tour of many completed and ongoing projects, so you can decide the design prior. You can make any changes you like before we submit the plans to the township. For cabinets and tile selection, you can do that during the process as well.

We like to provide all inclusive price, which includes all the cost in very detail. As much as you do not want to have any surprises or hidden fees, we also want to make the process easy and transparent for you. We can show you sample contracts, which clearly states what is included, and what is not, and how much is extra for given upgrades. We like to discuss this and jot this down before we start the project, and give our customer the assurance that we can complete the project in agreed budget.

You are welcome to see the project anytime you like, and we love to discuss the details as well.

We do both, new construction as well as basement projects, addition and renovation. Ask us about our previous projects as such, ideas and cost…

Much like anything in life, it is almost always a guarantee that complications will arise on large projects. We like to understand the complications, and be open and honest about any difficult situations, and how we plan to handle that.

This is a very important question. But even more important is, what type of quality are you looking for? We are definitely not the cheapest builder out there, but we are very affordable and accommodating. Let’s start a conversation, and we can quote you the price within a day. There are so many options and much details we need to look in to it before we can quote a price for your project. We spend plenty of hours doing just that, and few more hours educating and explaining the price, design, project and timeline. We provide one of the finest qualities, and for sure take pride in our workmanship.
I can tell you this; we give out the price quotes for free 😊, try us, start a conversation, and I can assure you that we will give you the best ideas at a reasonable price.

Depending on the type of construction, we usually start with a token of 15K to start the architectural plans. Once that is done and permits are in hand, we set a date to start the construction. we require a 20% down payment a two week before we start so we can start ordering materials like Windows, Doors, Lumber etc.… The remaining payment can happen in 4-6 stages as the construction continues.
If you need construction loan, I can refer you to a few banks we have worked with in the past. Note: We have no affiliation with any banks, nor any preference, we are just providing a friendly referral.
